You will drive continuous improvement and digital enablement, simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and enabling data‑driven and AI‑ready ways of working in close collaboration with data, digital, and IT teams. In addition, you will support change adoption, capability development, and knowledge management, ensuring sustainable implementation across Business Units and Functions. global organizationsStrong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and sustainability‑related regulations with the ability to translate requirements into operational processes and controls;
experience working in regulated, audit‑intensive, or governance‑driven environmentsAbility to operate at Manager or Senior Professional level, managing complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomyExperience with compliance technology, data analytics, process mining (e.G. Celonis), and digital traceability solutionsFamiliarity with ERP / SCM systems (e.G. SAP / S/4 HANA) is an advantageFluent in English;
