AtARESA SHIPYARD, we continue to grow and are looking to hire aSenior Project Manager - Naval Sectorto lead professional vessel construction projects at our shipyard in Arenys de Mar.We are looking for someone with solid experience in the naval sector, strong leadership skills, and a general vision of the project, capable of coordinating engineering, production, purchasing, quality, suppliers, subcontractors, and the client.Main ResponsibilitiesLead naval construction projects from initial planning through to final ntrol project schedule, cost, quality, and contractual ordinate the technical office, production, purchasing, quality, logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors.Monitor daily/weekly progress at the shipyard and anticipate deviations.Manage technical issues, modifications, non-conformities, and corrective ordinate trials, commissioning, inspections, and final vessel delivery.Act as the technical and operational point of contact with the client.RequirementsDegree in Naval Engineering, Naval Architecture,



or equivalent technical background.Minimum 5 years of experience in the naval sector, preferably in a shipyard environment.Experience as a Project Manager, Project Lead, or similar role.Practical knowledge of naval construction processes: composite, aluminium/steel, installations, mechanics, electrical systems, painting, trials, and delivery.Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation.Experience in planning, cost control, and milestone tracking.High level of English.Proficiency in Excel, Auto CAD, and Rhinoceros.Experience with professional vessels, patrol boats, defence, surveillance, fishing, passenger vessels, or workboats will be highly valued, as well as experience dealing with international clients, Classification Societies, and strategic suppliers.We are looking for an organised, hands-on, demanding, and solution-oriented profile, with the ability to make decisions in a dynamic industrial environment.
