Operating from Spain & Israel, with hubs across Europe and LATAM, we serve players in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Argentina.We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team!The Paid Social Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive online traffic and revenue to the company's website/app. This includes managing budgets, create copies and creatives requests, targeting audience segments, and analyzing campaign performance.Responsibilities:Developing, implementing, and optimizing Social Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment.Brainstorming and execution of new ideas using various targeting options and creatives.Analyze online trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics to inform advertising strategies.Design and refine marketing funnels to optimize customer journeys from awareness to conversion.Establish and monitor KPIs such as conversion rates and prediction performance nduct A/B tests, analyze data, and produce reports for continuous optimization.Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, funnel analysis,
