This role will manage incidents, maintain system integrity, and collaborate with the Functional Lead to support new country implementations, new features, and integrations. The Technical Administrator will report to the Head of IT.Job FunctionsManage Net Suite configuration, user roles, permissions, and system setupProvide daily support and resolve issues through the ticketing systemMaintain workflows, system security, and operational continuitySupport global implementations in new subsidiaries, ensuring proper setup and compliance with company standardsManage and support integrations with other corporate tools (CRM, expense management, consolidation platforms)Develop and maintain Suite Script, workflows, and system customizationsCollaborate with the Functional Lead to deliver end-to-end solutionsProvide user guides, training,
