We are hiring a Junior HR Business Partner to support our EMEA HR team, primarily in Spain and the UK. This hands‑on role combines HR business partnering with operational HR delivery, supporting employees and managers across diverse markets and business units.ResponsibilitiesProvide day‑to‑day HR support across EMEA, with a focus on Spain and the UKProvide first‑line HR guidance and support to managers and employees on day‑to‑day people mattersPartner with HR specialist teams – HR Operations, Benefits, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Learning & Development – to support the delivery of business priorities, implement HR initiatives, and address employee and manager needsDraft HR documentation in line with local employment legislationCoordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planningEnsure compliance with Spain and UK employment lawMaintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirementsProduce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision‑makingSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives and policy implementationAssist with organisational change activities, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitionsPartner with managers to support employee engagement, retention and organisational effectiveness initiativesQualifications3–6 years of HR experience in international or multinational companies,
including at least 3 years of HRBP experienceSolid knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law with specific experience working in a UK environmentExperience working with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional HR teamsStrong communication, organisation and analytical skillsExperience supporting or participating in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning or organisational change initiativesExperience applying AI tools to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insightsFluency in Spanish and EnglishProactive, collaborative and adaptable approachCultural awareness and sensitivity across the EMEA regionBenefitsMedical coverage, life insurance, pension plans and paid time off in line with local labour laws.
