Job Title: Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: Barcelona, SpainSalary: €50,000-€55,000, gross per yearStart Date: ASAPFor our client located in Barcelona, we are seeking an experiencedHuman Resources Business Partnerto join the team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and driving HR programs that support operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.Develop and maintainstrong stakeholder relationshipswith managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure HR strategies align with business needs.Leadunion negotiations, including collective bargaining agreements, grievance resolution, and labour relations strategies.Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws.Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a safe, productive,
and inclusive workplace.Partner with talent acquisition to ensure the factory attracts, develops, and retains top talent.Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve workforce performance and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor regulations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.Proven experience in union negotiations and labour relations, including collective bargaining and dispute resolution.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.Deep knowledge ofSpanish employment laws, labour regulations, and union contracts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle sensitive matters with discretion.Experience working in a high-volume setting.Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data analytics.Fluent inSpanish and English
