This role is hands‑on and delivery focused, adecuado for someone who enjoys managing multiple recruitment processes while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key ResponsabilitiesRecruitment DeliveryManage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across Spain, from role briefing to offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines and interview processesSource, screen and assess candidates using a variety of channelsCoordinate interviews, feedback and offer processes efficiently and professionallyEnsure an inclusive, consistent and positive candidate experienceStakeholder ManagementBuild strong working relationships with hiring managers and local People teams across SpainProvide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges and regional market conditionsSupport hiring managers with interview best practices and decision makingATS & Process ManagementManage and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Pinpoint)Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local/regional requirementsSupport continuous improvement of recruitment processes and regional ways of workingReporting & CollaborationTrack recruitment activity and support reporting requirementsCollaborate with Senior Recruitment Partners on complex or senior rolesSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in Spain as neededSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseExperience in a recruitment or talent acquisition roleExperience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environmentFamiliarity with ATS systems and sourcing toolsExperience recruiting across EU markets is a plusFluent in business English and Spanish.
