This is a hands‑on role and a key member of the site leadership team. As one of the first leaders in this area, you will have the opportunity to shape systems, processes and ways of working from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all packing, warehousing, dispatch and inventory management activitiesDevelop, coach and lead a high‑performing team while fostering a strong safety,



quality and continuous improvement cultureParticipate in business reviews and ongoing performance discussions with transport and logistics providersExecute the weekly packing plan to achieve good OEE outputBuild strong relationships with commercial, customer service, planning and supply‑chain stakeholders to support operational and customer outcomesDrive safe, efficient and compliant operation of packing equipment, warehouse systems and materials‑handling processesAbout YouYou are a commercially minded operations leader who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational execution.
