We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Advisor to join our boutique at Galería Canalejas, Madrid, delivering an outstanding luxury experience to an international clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service.Develop strong relationships with local and international clients through proactive clienteling and CRM activities.Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPI objectives.Present and sell Damiani's Fine Jewelry and Luxury Timepieces, sharing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and product expertise.Identify clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.Support after-sales service and follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards and ensure products are presented according to the Maison's ntribute to inventory management, stock organization,



and operational excellence.Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve business goals and uphold Damiani's values and image.ProfileMinimum 3–5 years' experience in Luxury Retail, preferably within Fine Jewelry, High-End Watches, or Luxury Fashion.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth and international clients.Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Professional appearance with impeccable etiquette and attention to detail.Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented fortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.QualificationsPrevious experience in Fine Jewelry or Luxury Watch retail is highly preferred.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.Italian is considered a plus.Additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, French, or Russian will be considered an advantage.What We OfferThe opportunity to join one of Italy's leading luxury jewelry Houses.An inspiring and international working ntinuous training on products, craftsmanship, and luxury selling techniques.Career development opportunities within the Damiani Group.A competitive salary and attractive incentive scheme based on performance.
