S., Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.ResponsibilitiesPrepare Investment Teasers, Information Memorandums, and other supporting documents for financing processes.Develop and maintain financial models in Excel.Manage and review Due Diligence processes and Q&A; processes.Participate in the structuring of financing transactions (e.G., Corporate, LBO, Refinancing, etc).Assist in the negotiation of financing documents (e.G., Term Sheets, Loan Agreements, etc).Engage directly with debt investors,
