This is a highly strategic andleadership-focused rolemanagingLIMS-related projectsacross more than 30 active projects worldwide. The person in this role will manage a team of28, including4 direct reports (team leads), supporting our labs globally with a focus onEuropeandAsia, and will adapt work schedules as necessary to ensure continuous support and project delivery.Primary Responsibilities:Lead and maintain the globalstandardizationofLIMS system configurations(core tests, regulatory limits, pricing, QC masks, and reference data).Define and enforcegovernancefor general system setups and configurations to align with corporate objectives.Overseeactive LIMS migration projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation across multiple labs.Act as theLIMS rollout stream representativein cross-functional meetings and working ntor and coachlocal LIMS superusersanddeployment teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and efficient project execution.Supportprocess gap analysesfor new laboratories or business processes.Review specifications, includingBOSS interfaces ,security ,roles ,global naming conventions, andglobal reports, for alignment with the LIMS framework.Drive resolution ofLIMS-related technical issues, coordinating with technical teams.Maintain an inventory of products for implementation, includingreports ,EDDs,



andsystem interfaces.Specific Responsibilities:LeadLIMS migration efforts, focusing on transitioning SGS labs toLIMS, especiallySTARLIMS.Manage lab migrations acrossEUandAsia, adjusting schedules for time zone differences.Leverage leadership and people management skills to oversee a large team and ensure project municate, negotiate, and manage stakeholder expectations, includingIT developers ,lab experts ,business users, andmanagers.QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.At least5 yearsexperience withSTARLIMSand a total of12 yearsinLIMS-related roles.Proven expertise inLIMS system implementationandproject managementin an international environment.Strongleadership skills, managing large teams and developing talent.StrongLIMS tool knowledgeto apply solutions to business needs.Fluent inEnglish ;
