You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising back-end production equipment while supporting innovation, cost reduction, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities IncludeProvide engineering support for projects and process improvementsSupport installations, audits, and efficiency initiativesDrive maintenance standards and best practicesDeliver technical support and training to plant teamsIdentify root causes and implement effective solutionsManage small-scale plant projectsCollaborate with plants, suppliers,
