IQUADRAT INFORMATICA S. L (IQU) is a technology company founded in 1997, with a focus on delivering System-Level evaluation tools for wireless networks. IQU R&D; has been providing global solutions and services in the use of Internet and Telecommunications to companies and institutions that use information and communication technologies in commercial, marketing, management and business communication areas. IQU’s R&D; has a focused business plan specifically intended on delivering a “new generation of tools for system level evaluation of wireless integrated communication systems towards the society digital transformation”. The R&D; has extensive know-how in new concepts such as network/RAN virtualization, programmable networks, network slicing, cell‑free, Artificial Intelligence and is also active in the fast‑growing Io T paradigm with a plethora of vertical use cases. IQU´s R&D; offers well established experimentation tools in 5 G/6 G and Io T. IQU is active in many EU funded research projects related to 5 G, 6 G, Smart Grid and Io T in collaboration with big European vendors and operators.IQU´s R&D; department is looking for several Researchers in the framework of the ongoing Horizon Europe and SNS‑JU projects. The work focuses on the analytical evaluation of the proposed solutions as well as proof of concepts in in‑house experimentation platforms contributing to the products portfolio of the R&D;´s department. The successful applicant should have a Ph D degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.ResponsibilitiesCarry out research activities related to quantum key distribution (QKD) systems and their integration into secure network infrastructures, develop quantum networking architectures integrating quantum communication with classical networks, AI‑driven orchestration mechanisms for quantum networks,



contribute to quantum internet protocol stack design.Be in contact and work with cutting‑edge technology, validated at our in‑house experimental platforms.Work in challenging 5 G/6 G and Io T R&D; projects and represent the company in project meetings and research initiatives.Participate in the preparation of research funding proposals.Participate in scientific conferences in the area.Represent IQU in exhibitions like Mobile World Congress Forum, Io T Solutions World Congress, Smart Cities Expo etc.Basic QualificationsOutstanding oral and writing English skills.Good knowledge of current technology trends related to quantum communication, network protocol design and distributed systems, digital twins for quantum networks and QKD protocols.Familiarity with quantum networking simulators.Good publication record in scientific peer‑reviewed journals.Preferred QualificationsExperience in EU‑funded projects (e.G., Horizon Europe, SNS JU, Quantum).Familiarity with 6 G architectures and integration of quantum technologies into future networks.Knowledge of post‑quantum cryptography and hybrid security frameworks.Experience in participating international research funding projects.BenefitsA full‑time contract, with a probation period of 6 months.
