Scopely is looking for aGeneral Ledger Accountantto join our expanding Accounting Finance Team in Barcelona, working on a hybrid basis 3 days a week from the hub.Show us the money! As the Finance team, we’re number crunchers with top-notch analytical and reporting skills.What You Will DoThis role will support the day-to-day operations of the Accounting function while contributing to continuous improvement across all departmental processes.Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepanciesRecord general ledger entries in compliance with local and group accounting policiesAssist with the month‑end close and general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reportingPost and reconcile intercompany transactionsMaintain the fixed assets register, including asset postings and monthly depreciationCollaborate with the Accounts Payable team on reconciliations and discrepancy resolutionProvide support during external and internal auditsPartner with cross‑functional teams to support business units with financial and accounting insightsContribute to process improvement and automation initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in general accountingPrior experience in international environments, preferably across multiple entitiesStrong English communication skills,



both written and verbalAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office toolsHighly analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesA team‑oriented mindset with a focus on shared goalsExperience working with ERP systems;
