Description Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Operations Excellence Experts team. The idóneo candidate will have a passion for supply chain optimization and process improvement, good project management skills, experience interfacing with external parties (e.G. Vendors, Sellers, B2B customers), relationship building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
As an Operations Excellence Expert Program Manager, you will manage a small portfolio of Retail Vendors (e.G. Bosch, Philips) which rotate frequently (avg. 3-6 months engagement). You will evaluate the efficiency of the vendor's supply chain processes via data analysis and in person audit of the vendor's warehouses, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, guide the improvement effort,



and measure outcomes. In addition, you will work closely with internal stakeholders (e.G. Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Finance) to continuously improve the service and drive scalable processes/system improvements to eliminate defects.
Key job responsibilities Analyze operational defects and identify root causes for financial deductions, define joint action plan with the vendor and enable implementation.
Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to create sustainable long-term results.
