DescriptionDCCM is seeking a Building Inspector to support residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for performing field inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable state and local codes, and working closely with contractors, clients, and internal teams throughout the construction process.This position may be filled at varying levels depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform field inspections across structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsEnsure compliance with state and municipal building codes and regulationsInterpret construction plans, specifications, and related documentsIdentify code violations and provide clear corrective directionPrepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentationAssist contractors, architects, and the public with code interpretation and inspection processesConduct site investigations and support resolution of construction‑related issuesCollaborate with internal teams and participate in project‑related meetingsWork LocationSanta Rosa, Auburn, Fairfield, CaliforniaMinimum Qualifications3+ years of building inspection or construction experienceExperience with residential, commercial,
