Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management.
Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
Design and govern Knowledge Management frameworks, including repositories, taxonomies, metadata, content lifecycle, retention, and publishing models.
Integrate knowledge repositories with operational processes such as ITSM, runbooks, SOPs, training materials, and service transition activities.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and information protection requirements in regulated enterprise environments.
