Centre de formació is searching for an Academic Director and Trainer in Felanitx to lead and deliver the official professional certificate course CP ADGG0408 (Auxiliary Operations in Administrative and General Services). In this dual role, you will combine teaching with academic coordination, helping students acquire essential administrative and operational skills needed in today's workforce.

Your core duties and responsibilities in this role:

- Act as the academic director responsible for managing and overseeing the CP ADGG0408 course in Felanitx.
- Teach all instructional modules of CP ADGG0408 covering auxiliary administrative tasks, communication, and basic office operations.
- Monitor individual student progress, evaluate coursework, and ensure the educational standards set by the vocational training framework are fulfilled.
- Maintain required academic documentation and coordinate with the training centre management throughout the four-month course period.

What you need to bring to be eligible for this position:

- Educational background: Minimum of an Intermediate Vocational Degree (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà).
- Professional Teaching Certificate: You must hold the teaching accreditation for degrees A, B, and C of the Vocational Training System or the former teaching certificate "Docència de la formació Professional per a l’ocupació" (as outlined in Royal Decree 659/2023).




- Openness to entry-level candidates: Previous teaching experience listed is 0 months, provided you hold the required teaching credentials.
- Alternative criteria: Under Article 170 of Royal Decree 659/2023, expert professionals from the sector without official teaching titles may be eligible if SOIB issues an insufficiency certificate.

What conditions are offered for this position in Felanitx:

- Contract type: Temporary contract for 4 months.
- Working hours: Part-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00.
- Compensation: Gross annual salary of €13,760.
- Planned start date: October 20, 2026.
