As a Commercial Bank Account Manager, you will handle diverse tasks daily to ensure high client satisfaction and effective branch management. Your primary duties include:

- Delivering top-tier customer service and welcoming branch visitors
- Providing basic financial advice and introducing appropriate products
- Managing and maintaining an active portfolio of bank clients
- Actively attracting and acquiring new clients to expand the branch network
- Processing routine banking transactions and executing basic risk analyses
- Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal banking procedures

To qualify for this position in Palma, you must meet key educational criteria while demonstrating strong analytical and communication capabilities. Requirements include:

- Higher Vocational Education degree (CFGS) in Administration and Finance (essential)
- Intermediate level of English (essential requirement)
- Basic knowledge of Catalan (A1) and Spanish (A1)
- Familiarity with standard office IT tools and routine computer software
