- Assisting customers with various inquiries and taking charge of complaint handling.
- Maintaining, updating, and organizing customer data in our system.

What you bring to our team in Llucmajor:

- Native or native-level German language skills combined with a good command of Spanish.
- Practical experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles.
