A residence dedicated to providing care for people with disabilities in Inca is offering a full-time position for a qualified professional. In this role, you will be an essential part of the care team, helping residents maintain their independence, mobility, and overall physical health in a supportive facility context.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of residents' mobility, muscle strength, balance, coordination, and functional capacity, while identifying signs of physical regression or frailty.
- Creating individualized physiotherapy programs as part of each personal care plan, focusing on mobility exercises, psychomotricity, and postural re-education suited to each person's needs.
- Collaborating closely with the technical and care team to guarantee a comprehensive and holistic approach to resident care.
- Implementing targeted interventions aimed at preventing falls and reducing physical dependency.
- Providing expert advice on technical aids and equipment adaptations,



while leading group activities and adapted physical health sessions.

What you should bring to the role:

- A university degree in Physiotherapy (higher education degree or equivalent qualification).
- A valid Class B driver's license.
- Dedication to working alongside individuals with disabilities in a care facility setting in Inca.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary care specialists.

What this position offers:

- A stable, permanent contract starting on September 24, 2026.
- Full-time employment with a gross annual salary of €27,348.47.
- A structured schedule from Monday to Friday, working three days from 8:00 to 16:00 and two days from 12:00 to 20:00, with the possibility to arrange alternative shift times.
- Work location in Inca, situated centrally on the island of Mallorca.
