Job title: Data+AI Platform Lead - Customer & Consumer

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Your key responsibilities

- Lead the Customer & Consumer Data & AI platform roadmap, translating business and research needs into clear product priorities
- Partner with Product Owners, Data & AI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable data products and AI-enabled capabilities
- Drive delivery excellence, prioritization, and success measures across squads supporting the Customer & Consumer delivery pipeline
- Strengthen data quality, governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices in line with company standards
- Drive adoption through effective ways of working, clear communication, and practical support for users
- Track outcomes such as faster insight generation, improved decision quality, increased reuse, and enhanced reproducibility

You bring

- 6+ years of experience in product management, data platforms, digital products, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions
- Experience translating business, product, or research needs into clear data product roadmaps and delivery priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical teams and business users around practical outcomes
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, data quality, and responsible AI principles
- A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement,



and sustainable impact
- Curiosity, collaboration, and a strong focus on delivering value for stakeholders and customers
