Grand Hotel Miramar (5 * Luxury) member of The Leading Hotels of the World ® is looking for a 2nd Maître / Food & Beverage Director Assistant. She / He will support the Director manage the Food & Beverage Operations which includes all restaurants, bars & lounges, banqueting, room service and private bars.

Main Duties include:

- Supervise department operations on a daily basis.
- Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel F & B Department Staff.
- Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
- Perform daily walk - through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Corporate standards.
- Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various Food & Beverage departments such as room service, restaurants and banquets.
- Develop,



implement and monitor schedules for the operation of Department Points of Sales to achieve a profitable result.
- Implement effective controls for food, beverage and labor costs among all points of sale.
- Assist Food & Beverage Director in establishing and achieving predetermined profit objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness and promotion.
- Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to work all shifts.
- Prepare and explain Financial Reports.
- Assist in conducting the departmental operational audits and in developing corrective action plans.
- Support hotel’s training needs and efforts.
- Responsible for following instructions and performing work as assigned by immediate supervisor.
