Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Structuring & Execution Manager to join our Investments team. In this role, you will lead the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, working across multidisciplinary teams and external advisors to deliver high‑quality transactions from origination through to closing and integration.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in M&A;, investment banking or corporate finance who are looking to take ownership of complex transactions in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the detailed assessment of investment opportunities, including financial, commercial, technical, regulatory and strategic analysis.
- Build and present robust investment cases, supporting decision‑making through clear financial and strategic rationale.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end due diligence processes,



working closely with internal teams (Finance, Technical, Legal, Tax and Development) as well as external advisors.
- Prepare high‑quality materials and recommendations for the Investment Committee.
- Support and coordinate negotiations with sellers alongside legal and financial advisors, ensuring transaction terms align with the company’s investment strategy.
- Manage transaction execution through to financial close, ensuring milestones are achieved and risks are appropriately managed.
- Support the successful transition and integration of acquired assets following completion.

What You Bring

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A;, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or a related investment environment .
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering .
- A Master’s degree in Finance or Investments is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience participating in or leading complex transaction processes.
- Strong financial analysis and valuation skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout transaction execution.
- Advanced financial modelling skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.




- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Languages:

- Spanish at a professional level is essential.
- Other languages will be considered an asset.
