The Role

Dataplaysakeyroleinhowwedesigntheproduct,supportourcustomers,andmakebetterdecisionsacrossthecompany.OurDatateam workswithteamsacrossHolded(Product,Sales,Support,MarketingandFinance)andwe’renowlookingforaProductDataAnalyst tojoinus,withafocusonspecificproductswithinHolded.

You’llbepartofagrowingdataorganisationthatincludesanalysts,dataengineersanddatascience,andyou’llworkcloselywithbothbusinessandproductteamsfromdayone.

You’llstartbysupportingexistinganalystsandprogressivelytakeonmoreownershipasyougrow.Yourworkwillinclude:

- BuildingandimprovingdashboardsusedbyProductandBusinessteams
- Answeringdataquestionsandhelpingteamsunderstandwhat’shappeninginthebusiness
- Supportingproductlaunchesbyhelpingdefinemetrics,validatingtrackingandmonitoringresults
- Developingdatamodelsusingdbt
- Contributingtosharedmetricsandacommonsemanticlayer
- WorkingcloselywithProductManagersandBusinessstakeholders

Ideally,wearelookingforananalystwithsolidexperienceindbtandaninterestondatamodelingand/oranalyticsengineering.

Thisisarolewithsignificantgrowthopportunities,bothintermsofscopeandimpact.

Withinyourfirstyear,youshould:

- Builddashboardsandanalysesthatteamsrelyon.
- ContributeDBTmodelswithfullautonomy
- Helpreducetheday-to-dayworkloadforsenioranalysts




- Feelcomfortableansweringquestionsandsuggestingimprovements
- Startcontributingtothebettermentofoursemanticlayer

About you

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Master in Data Science or any related field
- Around 1–3 years of experience in data, analytics or a similar role
- Good SQL
- Some experience with Python is a plus
- Data modeling knowledge
- Ideally, some experience working close to product and business teams
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Spanish (working proficiency), English (Intermediate)
- Based in Barcelona
- Experience with tools like dbt, BigQuery, Lightdash or cloud platforms is a plus, but not required.
