N26 is seeking a Specialist in Know-Your-Customer (KYC) to join our Italian Market KYC team in Madrid. You will own key KYC processes and ensure an optimal user experience while upholding regulatory standards.
In this role you will conduct EDD and ODD for High-Risk Customers and PEPs, apply approved policies, monitor SLAs, and collaborate with MLRO, Compliance and Support teams to resolve questions quickly.
