About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Planning Engineer to join our CAMO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the short and medium-term maintenance planning of the fleet, ensuring compliance with applicable airworthiness requirements, maintenance programmes and operational objectives.
This role requires close coordination with MCC, Engineering, Logistics, Operations and external MRO providers to ensure aircraft availability and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily aircraft technical status, including Technical Log Books (TLBs), deferred defects, maintenance reports and operational communications.
- Develop and maintain the fleet maintenance schedule in accordance with approved Maintenance Programmes and operational requirements.
- Prepare, issue and control maintenance work orders and associated technical documentation.
- Monitor due dates and remaining life of aircraft components, including Hard Time and life-limited components.
- Coordinate component replacements and maintenance events with engineering, logistics and maintenance providers.
- Prepare maintenance work packages (weekly, seasonal and other line maintenance checks) for line maintenance bases.
- Ensure maintenance records and documentation are accurate, complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain maintenance planning systems and airworthiness databases.
- Coordinate aircraft maintenance groundtimes and communicate planning updates to all stakeholders.
- Verify aircraft released to service, traceability and airworthiness release documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Planning and CAMO functions.
Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- No previous experience required.
- Knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance programmes and maintenance planning systems will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of maintenance documentation, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and Engineering Orders will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of Boeing aircraft maintenance programmes.will be considered as an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance information systems (OASES, SkyOps or similar).
