As a Business Analys t, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, scalable, and aligned with client goals. Your work will directly influence products and processes used by leading clients worldwide.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ yea rs of experience as a Business Analys
- Technical background in software development or QA (highly valued)
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practice
- Advanced Engli sh (written and spoken) — fluent level require
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and collaborative

What You’ll

- Analyze and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies
- Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance activities

Bring your technical perspective (dev/QA background) to improve solution design and delivery
