Key Duties

- Support employee documentation management, including contracts, amendments, and official communications, and assist in onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes.
- Maintain and update HR databases and HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping in compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations.
- Support the daily management of staff accommodation, including apartments, rooms, and shared areas. Assist in monitoring accommodation costs, deposits,



and preparing basic internal reports.
- Act as a coordination point between employees, accommodation owners, suppliers, and internal departments (HR, Operations, Finance) and maintain and update accommodation records (room allocations, inventories, employee preferences).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and follow-up with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal accommodation standards and company policies.

Requirements

- Studies in Labour Relations, Tourism, Business Management, or related fields.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Friendly, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
