In this full-time role, you will accompany adolescent girls in their personal, emotional, and social development, creating a safe and supportive environment for their daily growth.

- Support and guide adolescents through their personal, emotional, and social development journeys.
- Design, execute, and evaluate individual socio-educational interventions tailored to the unique needs of each minor.
- Encourage healthy daily habits, independent living skills, and overall personal autonomy.
- Cultivate a positive living environment by preventing and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Maintain educational follow-ups while coordinating with schools, medical centers, and local community resources.
- Prepare detailed reports, keep accurate progress logs, and contribute to individual educational plans.
- Facilitate participation in constructive educational, cultural, and leisure activities.
- Collaborate continuously with an interdisciplinary team, families, and guardians to ensure comprehensive care in the best interest of the minor.





To succeed in this position, you should fulfill the following criteria:

- A completed university degree (bachelor's degree or second-cycle university degree).
- A valid Category B driving license.
- No previous work experience is required (0 months), making this accessible for motivated graduates as well as experienced educators.

What the position offers you:

- A permanent full-time contract.
- An annual gross salary of €28,703, plus an additional island allowance ("plus de insularidad").
- Working hours organized in two-week shift rotations, including morning shifts (08:00 to 15:30), afternoon shifts (15:15 to 22:45), and/or weekend shifts (08:00 to 23:30).
- A rewarding role based in Felanitx, Mallorca.
