Customer Support Agent – German Speaker (Temporary position)

Do you have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer service?

We are currently looking for anGerman Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team on atemporary basis .

Your daily tasks will include:

- Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
- Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
- Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries

Qualifications

We are looking for you if:

- You have aB2 level of English and a C2 level of German.
- You are preferably available full-time.

Additional languages will be highly valued (C2 level):

- Dutch
- Swedish
- French
- Temporary contract
- You will be working from our Barcelona office in a 50% hybrid position, within the first 3 months approximately fully on-site for the adaptation period.



Our office is located at Carrer de la Constitució, 1, 08014 (Sant Just Desvern).
- Salary: €22.000gross per year.
