- Take full ownership of the local Amazon Business P&L;, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and market share objectives are met in alignment with global strategic priorities.
- Shape and deliver the annual Joint Business Plan, driving performance through an optimized assortment, competitive pricing, impactful promotions, retail media activation, and strong operational and supply chain execution.
- Localize and implement global e-commerce initiatives, transforming general guidelines into high-quality content, effective pricing strategies, and well-executed promotional activities.
- Oversee product introductions, marketing activations, and content enhancements to increase traffic, boost conversion rates, and maximize overall ROI.
- Monitor stock levels and product availability proactively,



preventing shortages and ensuring consistent fulfilment of customer demand.
- Track and evaluate essential KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, market share, share of voice, retail media performance), taking corrective action whenever results deviate from targets.
- Prepare and present KPI-focused performance analyses to local leadership and the Global KAM team, turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Amazon stakeholders at both country and international levels.
- Serve as the in-house Amazon specialist, staying informed about new tools, policies, platform developments, competitive movements, and market trends to continuously enhance account results.
