Customer Support, German & Hungarian Speaking

Digitize the German midmarket with us.

Your Tasks

- Acting as the point of contact for our corporate clients regarding queries about our IT applications and systems.
- Receiving fault reports by telephone and email.
- Carrying out fault analyses and developing solutions in collaboration with our clients.
- Documenting requirements and faults in a ticketing system and escalating complex issues to colleagues in 2nd Level Support.
- Contributing to improving customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support within a close-knit, international team.

What you bring with you

- A keen interest in IT technologies and a willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
- Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
- The ability to maintain an overview and a strong service-oriented approach, even during stressful periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good written and spoken German and Hungarian required.
- Good written and spoken English or Romanian an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts Mon–Sat (7.30 am–9.30 pm).
- Availability for on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7.30 am–9.30 pm).
