Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) – Dutch Market (Inbound)

Based in Barcelona, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch‑speaking and international B2B customers, handling inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.

Your Profile

- Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
- Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
- Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
- Customer‑focused, with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
- Well‑organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1)

What Your Future Business Day Could Look Like

- You’ll support customers on technical and product‑related questions, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- All interactions are accurately documented and customer data in the CRM stays current.




- You’ll work closely with sales, product and technical teams to create a smooth and positive customer experience.
