Your Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients through free trials.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and understand their business needs.
- Handle a high volume of outbound sales activities and follow up on qualified leads.
- Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, conversions, and recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Working Schedule

- Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Friday: 09:00 – 15:00
- Flexibility to align with the US time zone during onboarding is appreciated.

Requirements

- Native or fluent German
- Fluent English
- 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center
- Comfortable with cold calling and working in a KPI-driven environment
- Must already reside in Spain
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
