Experteer Overview As Product Data Analytics Senior Manager, you lead a small team of analysts within Product Insights to turn data into strategic product decisions. You’ll partner with the SVP of Product to shape the roadmap and ensure data-driven decisions guide product strategy. You’ll manage complex initiatives across cross-functional teams to deliver timely, actionable insights. - Lead and develop three analysts, setting clear OKRs and high-impact projects
- Direct complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders across engineering, data ingestion, and business teams
- Advise the Product SVP on analyses and monitoring to address knowledge gaps and impact
- Collaborate with product researchers and Directors/VPs to drive insights-driven decisions
- Ensure data empowerment across product lines and train teams to leverage data insights independently




- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and influence product strategyResponsabilidades
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
- Experience with SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau or similar tools
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for broad audiences
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Experience managing data analysts or product analysts, with strategic alignment
- Understanding of business strategy and how data insights support goals
