Experteer Overview In this role you coordinate application demand across the business, ensuring an efficient intake, clear prioritization, and value-driven decisions within the IT landscape. You act as a strategic advisor, bridging IT and business to shape a future-ready, cost-efficient environment. You will collaborate across regions, guiding stakeholders through the demand lifecycle and driving transparency and simplification. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that influences transformation within the DTO’s Digital Transformation Office.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Serve as a primary contact for application-related requests and guide stakeholders through the demand management lifecycle
- Work with business units to interpret needs into structured IT demands
- Identify redundancies and opportunities to consolidate or standardize to reduce costs




- Facilitate ongoing dialogue between business and IT for timely feedback
- Capture business insights and ensure these are addressed in the transformation journeyResponsabilidades
- Some years of work experience, preferably in IT
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP)
- Solid understanding of application request processes and workflows
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
