Experteer Overview As a Partner Manager, you drive revenue by selling Veeam’s software through major channel partners (VARs, CSPs, MSPs) focused on VMware, Microsoft, and other on-prem or cloud virtualization solutions. You recruit, enable, and develop partners, building executive relationships and co-selling with Veeam Account Managers to close large enterprise deals. Based in Madrid with hybrid remote work, you’ll shape a territory plan, expand the partner network, and contribute to Spain’s enterprise sales growth. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and help scale our channel-driven strategy.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Achieve territory revenue targets
- Develop and execute territory plan focused on channel partners
- Recruit, train and enable channel partners
- Collaborate with Veeam Account Managers to close large enterprise deals
- Map accounts with emphasis on channel partners
- Set quarterly targets and track progress
- Hold regular partner meetings and follow-ups
- Leverage relationships with top channel partners and create new ones




- Apply consultative sales approach to drive resultsResponsabilidades
- 5-10 years of sales experience in a channel-focused company
- Proven track record selling through channel partners
- Knowledge of virtualization technology; Microsoft knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of IT storage and compute vendors; SI, hyperscalers in Spanish market a plus
- Experience in software backup channel sales desirable
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong teamwork in a multicultural environment
- Business acumen and proactive lead generation initiatives
