About the role:

As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a key role in protecting TMHCC’s international technology environment by strengthening our detection,investigationand response capabilities. Working within our International Security Operations function, you will helpidentifyemerging threats, improve securitycontrolsand enhance our cyber resilience. You will collaborate with Security Engineering, Infrastructure and Technology teams to continuously improve our security operations and support theorganization’scyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and improve security controls across endpoint, server, identity, network,cloudand business application environments.
- Design,implementand continuously improve preventative and detective security controls.
- Investigate security incidents,



perform threatanalysisand support digital forensic activities,containmentand remediation.
- Monitor security tools, operationalmetricsand threat intelligence to improve detection capabilities and reduce cyber risk.
- Develop andmaintaintechnical standards, operational procedures,playbooksand knowledge documentation.
- Support Incident, Major Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen protection, detection,responseand recovery capabilities.

Skills And Competencies Required** :**

- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, IncidentResponseor Infrastructure Security.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint, identity,cloudand infrastructure security technologies.
- Experience in threat detection, incident response,investigationand digital forensics.
- Understanding ofsecurity engineering principles, operational securitytoolingand IT Service Management.
- Strong analytical,communicationand stakeholder management skills.

Skills And CompetenciesPreferred** :**

- CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
- Experience within regulated industries and globalorganizations.
- Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring.
- Ability to translate technical findings into practical security improvements.
