Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and coordinate Talent Acquisition across EMEA u0026amp; LatAm to support Sonova's regional growth. You’ll shape the TA strategy, align market recruiters with regional priorities, and develop teams to excel through full recruitment life cycle. Collaborating with HR, business leaders, and the TA CoE, you’ll enhance processes, data usage, and candidate experience while staying compliant and market-responsive. You’ll act as a TA community role-model and trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the region, delivering through a small regional team.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Oversee recruitment activity across EMEA u0026 LatAm to meet business expectations and service levels
- Develop and implement regional TA strategy in alignment with CoE and regional needs
- Lead and coach a regional TA team and guide local TA teams in key markets
- Drive TA process improvements, technology enhancements, and data-driven performance (KPIs)
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to upskill recruitment touchpoints and ensure compliant processes




- Serve as escalation point for regional stakeholders and align SLAs with delivery standards
- Provide feedback and drive improvement opportunities with the TA CoE
- Monitor market trends and inform regional TA strategy with insightsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Business Administration
- 10+ years in end-to-end recruitment with emphasis on active candidate identification and engagement
- Experience building and coaching delivery teams in a matrix organization
- Experience using ATS and CRM tools (e.G., SAP and Phenom)
- Interest in AI applications to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Proven track record managing regional growth projects across EMEA and/or LatAm
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior leaders
