Experteer Overview As Mu0026amp; A Senior Manager at Preply, you will lead the end-to-end acquisition process to accelerate growth. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Product to scout targets, build our pipeline, and evaluate strategic fit. You will develop and defend investment theses, model value implications, and present recommendations to the board. This role sits in the Strategy chapter, reporting to the COO and senior leadership, with a focus on high-impact, cross-functional execution. - Define and execute Preply's Mu0026A strategy and target criteria
- Build and manage the acquisition pipeline from screening to close
- Lead financial modelling and valuation (DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO, Pu0026L impact)
- Conduct end-to-end due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and operational areas
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Finance, Legal, Product, HR) through deal execution and integration




- Develop board-ready strategic recommendations and executive presentations on opportunitiesResponsabilidades
- 7-10 years of in-house Mu0026A experience at tech company or in investment banking/PE with ownership of deal execution
- Expert-level Excel and financial modelling skills; ability to defend modelling assumptions
- Proven track record of end-to-end acquisitions; post-merger integrationexperience is a plus
- Strong Pu0026L literacy and analytical rigor; comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate analyses into executive narratives
