Experteer Overview As Senior Business Analyst, you turn CX data into decisions that elevate the customer experience and drive measurable impact. You will anchor the CX analytics, explaining why issues occur and quantifying their cost, shaping what the team should fix. You’ll quantify opportunities, build the business case, and partner with Ops, Product, and Commercial to ensure data-informed prioritisation. You’ll design and own real-time dashboards that empower cross-functional decision-making. - Convert CX data into actionable decisions to improve customer experience
- Deep dive into CX metrics (CSAT, contact rates, resolution times, compensation trends) to identify root causes and impact
- Quantify impact of problems and build business cases to prioritise work




- Proactively monitor key signals across the customer journey and raise hypotheses before issues escalate
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time CX visibility
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Commercial to connect CX data with upstream causesResponsabilidades
- 2–4 years of experience in high-demand roles (consulting, start-ups, investment banking, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and hypothesis-driven approach
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google Suite, and visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker Studio)
