In this role, you will support the design and execution of comprehensive durability testing programs electrified and combustion powertrain vehicles, contributing to the development of reliable and high-performing automotive products. You will work alongside experienced engineers to ensure vehicles meet stringent durability standards and customer expectations through systematic testing and data-driven analysis, including consideration of vehicle management systems, electrified powertrains, and advanced multi-material vehicle structures.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan,



and execute complete vehicle durability tests according to established protocols and automotive industry standardsConduct hands-on testing activities in laboratory and field environments, ensuring accurate data collection and meticulous record-keepingAnalyze test data using appropriate tools and methodologies to identify trends, failures, and areas for improvementPrepare detailed technical reports and documentation summarizing test results, findings, and recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and support vehicle development initiativesSupport durability validation of electrified vehicle architectures, including battery-integrated structures, lightweight and multi-material body designs, and the impact of new mass distributions and load pathsContribute to the evaluation of durability performance influenced by electric powertrain and thermal management systemsAssist in testing and analysis activities involving vehicle management systems, including interpretation of vehicle signals (e.G., CAN data) and understanding interactions between control systems and mechanical durability performanceQualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detailExperience with test planning, execution,
