Responsibilities- Drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.- Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.- Work closely with HR, operations, and customer support managers in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment.- Strong knowledge of local job boards, resume banks,
