This role helps ensure efficient operations, accurate data handling, and strong service delivery across underwriting support activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport offline underwriting operations and language-dependent branch activities.Enter data into underwriting and other business systems accurately and within SLA.Prepare policy documentation and underwriting files to meet quality and audit standards.Manage broker and internal queries, including credit control support and issue resolution.Support QA, reporting, and operational process improvements.Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and new business tools.Work closely with local teams, brokers, and the wider operations team to deliver excellent service.
