Responsibilities- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscription sales- Build and grow your own portfolio of customers within the Dutch market- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach channels- Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day- Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities- Deliver engaging online product demonstrations- Guide prospects through free trials- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new subscriptions- Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline- Achieve and exceed KPIs related to:- Outbound activity- Calls completed- Product demonstrations- Trial-to-paid conversions- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)Requirements- Native or bilingual Dutch- Fluent English (spoken and written)- 1–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in:- Account Executive- Business Development Representative (BDR)- Sales Development Representative (SDR)- Telesales- Outbound Sales- Call Centre Sales- Previous cold-calling experience is essential- Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls every day- Proven ability to close sales and achieve ambitious targets- KPI-driven and results-oriented mindset- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Experience managing the full sales cycle is an advantage- Must already be legally residing in Spain- Flexibility to work in alignment with the US time zone when required#J-18808-Ljbffr
