Ensure the performance review process with high-quality discussion, and implement and manage career path for key roles and secure succession planningSupport the business to identify mid and long-term capability needs, in order to implement a learning and development process and ensure a continuous learning environmentMaintain a strong focus on employee relations, monitor employee engagement, and retention activitiesWhat you need to be successfulExperience in highly demanding environments and in a similar role for more than 3 yearsExperience in leading HR teams (including managing people)Proven experience as an HR leader Track record in Leaders developmentExperienced in working with General People teams,



looking into translating strategy to regionally relevant executionsDiligent and firm with high ethical standardsExcellent English and Spanish written and spoken.
