Experteer Overview In this role you guide complex deliveries within Roche’s Medical Affairs domain, shaping and communicating visions and roadmaps for large initiatives. You’ll influence decisions, align cross-functional teams, and mentor others to grow delivery capability. This is a chance to drive digital transformation in how scientific evidence is generated, managed, and shared with the medical community. - Define and manage scope for complex/high-impact initiatives and champion scope strategies
