Responsibilities- Manage the entire product life cycle for the portfolio, including hardware and software.- Lead market intelligence analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.- Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap, including new developments, enhancements, and phase‑outs.- Prioritize and oversee product development in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.- Define value propositions per segment and channel to support effective marketing strategies and product launches.- Continuously improve product management processes and tools such as configurators, training, and lifecycle management.- Drive cross‑functional innovation initiatives and provide input to R&D for patents and intellectual property protection.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.G., MBA) preferred.- 5–10 years of experience in product marketing,



product management, or product technology in a technology‑based organization.- Proven ability to influence and work with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams across geographies and time zones.- Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development.- Familiarity with medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred.- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.- Collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- High level of fluency in English.Certifications & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing.- MBA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
