Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive supply chain optimization and process improvements for a rotating portfolio of Retail Vendors. You’ll partner with internal teams and external suppliers to diagnose defects, implement root-cause fixes, and scale improvements across operations. You work hands-on with data, audits, and Kaizen-style sessions to deliver measurable outcomes. This position blends vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to reduce financial deductions and elevate service levels.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Analyze operational defects and identify root causes for financial deductions; define joint action plans with vendors and enable implementation
- Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to drive sustainable, long-term results
- Build trust across vendor organizations and internal functions (Key Account Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Finance Manager, CEO,



etc.)
- Organize and run two-day Kaizen workshops with internal and external attendees, including visits to vendor warehouses and Amazon fulfillment centers
- Lead cross-functional projects to expand value proposition, support vendor outreach, and increase team productivity
- Travel frequently within the EU for role requirementsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- 3–5 years in operational supply chain processes (shipping and order fulfilment) or similar fields
